Got a couple of these and discovered because they have an on/off switch, they should not be used with an electric shower.
But if you have a normal or power shower, this can turn on and off the water and it has a switch for three different spray patterns.
A little grubby from sitting in the cupboard, but not fitted as still has cap on the thread.
