Vintage set of Catering Knives (Bexhill TN39)

Purchased new in the 1970s by my dearly departed mother (who was the catering manager for all the local hospitals before the Conquest was built). One set of catering knives, possibly Sabatier, well worn and often used in the past, but unused for many years since. Obviously these will only be given to a suitable adult.
