BT connection box (Great Harwood)

Does anyone have a spare BT connection box the type you plug a phone connector too or one with a wire in and out. Sky have updated our internet and chopped through our phone wire. But as it was openreach he says he does not mend phones. Please leave a number if you have a box as my replies seem to go into the junk. Thanks Margaret
