tall pedal bin (Enfield EN1)

If anyone has a plastic swing bin or similar about 3/4 foot high for kitchen, I have a very elderly neighbour who cannot use wheelie bins but needs something to keep her rubbish in until other neighbour can put it in their bin. Thank you I will pick up on her behalf.
