Sewing machine - for repair or spares (Wivenhoe CO7)

E&R Classic sewing machine. Been in storage a few years but doesn’t work. Makes a noise but sounds like a car with a broken engine! No idea if it can be repaired but you are welcome to have a go. With instruction manual and cover. Little used so not sure what the issue is.
