Any gardening tools also table and chairs (Leeds LS11)

Hi my family members grass is proppa ova grown badly she has been told if she doesn't sort garden out then she will be introuble fines etc So I was wondering if anyone has any gardening tools at all and possible plants 🪴 n table and chairs if anyone's gifting any of these items pls could we be considered can pick up anytime We'd be ever so great full as she can't afford to purchase these she doesn't have alot of money but if you could let me kno asap thanks for reading xx
