Old Telequipment Oscilloscope (CB24)

I have an old non-working Telequipment D61 oscilloscope to offer. It's nothing fancy, just two channels and 10MHz from the 1970s, but it might appeal to someone as a museum piece. The fault is it no longer powers up, which could be a trivial HT component failure or something terminal, but it seems a shame to scrap it.
