Tumbler/ rotating compost heap (Egremont CH44)

We have one atm, but the legs have completely rusted through, so it only just about stands up by itself and we can't rotate it anymore! We have a concrete yard only, so don't really want one that just sits on that. Thanksgiving for considering us.
