Verbena bonariensis. Tall with purple flowers in summer. Self seeds. Prefers sun
A couple of yucca roots. They will grow slowly in a pot until they're big enough for you to plant out. Warning - when large these are very spiky and need space but do get creamy white flowers in autumn/winter.
Cardoon seedheads from last autumn. If you scatter or even plant the seed head new seedlings will grow. When mature a large grey leaved plant which needs space with purple thistle like flowers. Attractive to pollinators.
