Pressure Washer and/or brick-slab cleaner (Kempston MK42)

I am looking for a working pressure washing to help the old lady neighbour clean up her drive and then to do my order slabs. The green moss over winter is thoroughly disgusting and I cant clean it by hand due to disability. Would be so happy to help her out, thank you
