Heavy parasol base (Bilton Road CV22)

Hey guys might be a long shot but was wondering if anyone getting rid of a heavy !! Parasol base with diameter wide enough to hold a rotary washing line as unable to place in ground. Many thanks in advance, as looking for my mum, and just fort this would be ideal for her . Again many thanks in advance if anyone can help
