Garden wheelbarrow in working order, spades (Bulwell NG6)

A local school in a deprived area needs one or more wheelbarrows for their school garden as theirs has broken. We could potentially afford a new wheel but rest of the barrow needs to be in good enough condition for safe use by children. It would be much appreciated if you can help. They could also use some border spades if anyone has any spares.
