Wooden cable reel (Coulsdon, nr, train station)

Robust industrial cable reel holder ,have had for over 2 yrs now ,with previous intention to paint and upcycle into a decorative display table .........however ,this hasn’t happened .Hoping it may be desirable for someone else to possibly do so ?I have seen others that look amazing ,so know it can be achieved .Measurements shown in photos
