"Leisure" Dual Fuel Range Cooker (Wideopen NE13)

The cooker is currently connected to the electricity and gas supplies in the house and will need to be disconnected by a qualified person.
The cooker seems to have three electric ovens (one fan assisted), though the top left one in the picture might just be a grill. It has four normal size gas rings and one very large one, suitable for large preserving pan, fish kettle etc. On the right side there is a large halogen hob. At the moment the fuse blows when the halogen ring is turned on. I suspect that this is because of the fuse being inadequate for the supply required but it may have a fault requiring repair.
