Wooden Baby cot (St. John's Wood NW8)

The baby cot with Matress (not sure of fire label) but the cot bumper is not included. Collection- We are in an apartment on the 6th floor, and it will need to be carried down our building. There is a lift but I am not sure it will fit in it. The cot is not heavy but will definitely need two people to carry it down the stairs. It might be ok to dismantle it but I am unable to do so, and hence would ask you to do so outside our apartment. Thanks.
