Leaf Blower (Long Stratton central.)

see photo. Plug in leaf blower. It is meant to chop leaves and suck into bag. This worked once. I emailed supplier and was told they were sending me a replacement and I should dispose of this one. It is a plug in with long cable. maybe fixable?
