Large plant with stand (Farmington Hills)

I don’t know what kind of plant it is Plant that grows red berries and has variegated leaves. It needs a little maintenance, but it really is a beautiful plant. I just don’t have room for it because it’s pretty large. The table it’s on I can give you as well.
