Oral-B electric toothbrush handles (IP4)

The white and blue one works but has a weak battery.
The pink and blue is a child's "frozen" one that just stopped working, I think it's probably the battery gone dead.
The charging base works ok.
There is one sealed child's "frozen" brush head
