Colour laser printer and scanner FAULTY (Nether Skyborry LD7)

Hello. I have a HP laserjet pro CM1415 printer that doesn't work quite right, but if you are good at fixing things who knows? The scanner element works fine. The printer prints faint stripes of colour where they are not supposed to be. There is also a box of unopened spare toner but it is old..
