Pedal crank tightening tool (Blackbird Leys OX4)

Hi my partner urgently needs his bike pedal crank tightened as it’s really looses he needs it done tonight or tomorrow if anyone is local and is able to come out to blackbirdleys to tighten it for him urgently needed or if anyone has a tool available for this that they don’t need local to ox4 as don’t drive etc please let me know would be very appreciated:)
