This is a small plastic tool used to determine the correct size of JSP Force 8 face mask needed for a given person.
You can order for free using the online form on JSP's site (https://www.jspsafety.com/contentpage/size-guide-request) but instead please take mine, as I have used it to measure required mask size and therefore now no longer need it (saves them producing another one!).
