Hi, I have a profound progressive bilateral sensorineural hearing loss which means that: 1. I am EXTREMELY deaf 2. And will keep losing hearing until there’s none left 3. We have no idea WHY this happened. The nerve cells in my cochlea just started dying and my parents didn’t notice until I was 4. I’ve worn Oticon and Seimens all my life but my current hearing aids are ReSound. I need a digital or at least programmable analog in order for the hearing aid to be loud enough for me.
