kitchen cabinet repair (Shenley Lodge MK5)

I bought these because the carcass of my kitchen cupboards was disintegrating at the point where the doors were attached. So you put one of these over the weak part of the carcass and it reinforces it so you can attach the hinge better. But I never got round to it. Just filled the holes with plastic wood instead!!!
