NutriBullet blade (North London N4)

So I have very used blade (picture with screws) that actually just need the bearings changed but I don’t have the tools to take it apart, it is very stuck...
So bought a new one, but that one was faulty (pictures with spare rubber rim). The black rubber ‘thing’ underneath that fits to the blender won’t screw on, again I don’t have the tools to make it work.
I was eventually sent a replacement that works.
These parts can work if someone can fix them.
