This is a completed home electronics kit. It is PMK171 which distorts voice or other sound picked up by the microphone and outputs it via the 3.5mm jack plug into for example a portable speaker.
It would suit anyone with an interest in silly voices and perhaps a soldering iron incase the leads break off.
It could do with being finished off by fitting into a box for example.
