Settee. Left by departed neighbour. (Forest Hill SE23)

A tenant from a nearby flat has departed leaving the pictured settee behind. It has not yet rained so it might be of some use to someone. You will need a van. It looks as if the sides can be unbolted. Once it rains it will of course be useless. Located SE23 2PB. No need to make contact with me, it isn't mine. Update. Someone has fiddled with it, but its fixable.
