Super dry ladies jacket - needs fix (Malvern WR14)

This is a nice coat but both the zips on the pockets need fixing or replacing - see photos. It says size 14 but I'm a 10/12 and it's fine for me. Waterproof and warm and a lovely colour! Collection from Malvern link top.
