Electric Bike Or Scooter (Fox Hill S6)

Hi everyone looking for a a electric bike or scooter for my son to get to college on. He currently has to catch three buses and commute for hours when he wants to study and get a part-time job. This would be very much appreciated hopefully hear back from you soon.
