Complete and structurally sound but in need of a little TLC: The cushions covers need a thorough clean by removing and washing / bleaching and the wooden supports for the sun canopy need replacing (easily fabricated).
Please note that this is a bulky item, big and heavy, so whoever wants it will need to bring tools to take it apart and a car or van large enough to transport it.
