B&Q kitchen upstand (see picture) (Hitchin SG5)

I’m hoping someone might have a length of upstand that matches the images. It’s for my kitchen I bought back in 2017 and B&Q don’t stock this, nor do they make anything that looks like this!

I need 2 meters to replace a section of my that’s got wet and rotted 😅

I’ve tried eBay, and other second hand auction/buying sites so hoping the community here might have some 🤩🙏
