10 inch speed adjustable fan (Boston)

Looking for an approximately 10 inch fan with multiple speed settings.

I'm a disabled senior in need of a fan for my bedroom. I have a sinus condition that keeps up nightly due to breathing issues. It results in my waking up most mornings with a migraine like sinus headache. To get rid of the sinus headaches, the only thing that works best is hot moist compresses for at least 1 hour plus every morning. I dampen a face cloth, heat it in a microwave and cover my eyes and nose, has to be repeated 3 or 4 times. Such a drag. I was using a box fan on the floor for air circulation with a damp towel on it, but my cat thinks its a toy.

Maybe you have a fan you no longer need or are updating, and would consider donating for a worthy cause, it to me?
