This is a hospital/care home style armchair. It is height adjustable so you can move the seat up and down to suit you. I had this chair for when I had very limited mobility due to a badly prolapsed disc and it was very useful: I'm quite short so could adjust the legs so that my legs were at right angles and the arms ensure I could push myself up. The chair has been stored outside, under a plastic cover, so it would need cleaning up a bit. See the photos - it's a bit cobwebby! There is also a small cut on one of the wings (again see photos) where I jabbed it accidentally, so it might need drying out a bit, but I don't think any water has got in (the cut has been covered in tape). This item is collection only from Jesmond - it's quite big so would need a large car I think.
