This includes the headboard, frame, footboard, mattress & box spring. I would say it’s used but in a decent condition. I must point out the hooks on the headboard were not hooked on properly hence they cracked, so we have used magazines and a block under the frame for years (10+years). We had no problem with it.
Reason to give away: We got a king size recently and I would want to keep everything if there was space in the house. It’ll be hard for me to part with it, so I hope to see it go to a new home for next few years.
