Rotary washing line (Rhiwlas LL57)

Just needs a hole in the ground for the telescopic pole to go in and then expand the whirligig thing for the washing. A freegler was interested but unsure about being able to erect it. Now I know how the pole extends up perhaps it could be considered by the same person or another....
