Two pin plug for Flymo Sabre HTC24 Cordless 24V Hedge Cutter (Silverdale LA5)

Whilst helping an elderly friend out by clearing out his garage I came across this very good hedge trimmer. To get it back working again I've bought new batteries but cannot find for sale the plastic moulded plug that connects the cable to the battery pack. I realise it's a long shot, as this model is ten to twenty years old, but just wondered if anyone has one so that I can save this device from going to the tip.
