It's very big and heavy. We just took it down from over the fireplace, which is why that photo is included. It will take a couple people to move it. Not porch pickup, you will need to come with a couple people at a time when I can be here. The duct tape across it was preventative--to hold it together in case it broke (preventing shards from flying everywher). It is completely in one piece. The duct tape should be removable with Goo Gone or similar.
