This seems to be a good quality chair which has been used. It has adjustable everything, height, tilt etc and folds down for transport.
DOWNSIDE it needs a but of a clean, but you would anyway, and it doesn't have any restraining straps, just a footplate and table (adjustable)
This was left behind by tenants moving abroad. Hope someone can use it before it goes to the tip. Just say when you want to collect
