Blood pressure monitor (Reading RG2)

Hi have any of you lovely people got a blood pressure monitor not being used my doctor keeps asking for my blood pressure readings and want to keep my eye on my readings as well ,I'd be very grateful it needs to be the type that goes around the upper arm
