My wife was the 3rd user (at least) of a manual tilt wheelchair, complete with ROHO cushion pumps with instructions, adjustable headrest, spare cushion cover, detachable legs backing, and a detachable bag that we found handy. She spent almost all waking hours every day in the wheelchair, and found it usually comfortable.

I don't know how to measure recline capability.
I have no way to measure weight.
Overall: 39" high, 28" wide, 39" long.

Note that this wheelchair does not fold and is relatively heavy. Please check overall dimensions to ensure you can use a big enough vehicle to pick it up.
