Swinging garden chair, parasol need tlc! (Stainton CA11)

Swinging garden chair 3 seats - in need of tlc!!! It’s been left out a few winters plastic seat bits go back in
Parasol and base also need tlc!!! Base takes half amount of water but could be fixed or I think works as is... too been left out all winter and a bit wonky but would do the basic job, just not pretty!
Just checking if anyone wants before it goes to the tip
