Tea Spoons and Tray Gift Set (N. Lakeside in Henrico)

A friend from England sent these over for Christmas many years ago, and I never opened them. The box of tea bags is empty, but if you refilled it (or offered it to a child for pretend play), this would make a nice gift. Or you can enjoy the decorative topped spoons and tray yourself!
