2 Jerusalem artichokes (Orgreave S13)

Have two medium pots with multiple tubers in of Jerusalem artichokes( sunflower family) just about to poke sprouts through the soil surface, my dad calls them 'fartichokes' and for good reason. Will spread year upon year sending lots of stalks up.
