Ivory handled knives (Fairfield LA1)

My understanding is that ivory can legally be given away but never sold. These belonged to my grandparents, I have:
1) A meat carving knife & fork with very ornate carved handles
2) A meat carving knife & fork with plain handles
3) A sharpening steel
4) A crumb sweeping tray
