Breathable roof membrane (Smallridge EX13)

Spring's here and I have had an annoying leak from the garage roof tiles over winter that I want to sort...fair wear and tear. Retail rolls of this stuff (50m) are significantly more that I need, so if someone has had a similar job and has spare to give away (10-15m), that would be great.
