Disability scooter for child (Frederick)

My neighbor had this scooter and asked me to post this so I don’t have all the specs, but can get them upon request! Used but in good condition, about 4 feet tall and used for her granddaughter through her preteen and teenage years. Will be cleaned before receiving!
