Kitchen roll tubes /helium balloons (Darnley)

I’m gathering some recycled materials for a craft project.

I’m looking for:

- kitchen roll tubes
- burst/deflated helium balloons (that i can cut into strips)
- colourful plastic carrier bags
- CDs
