Potted fern (St Helens)

Potted fern in good condition. Very heavy and will need someone strong to lift from current position. Also I'm not sure what state the pot is in as it's wooden. It was left by the previous owner of the house. If you want to take the plant away in a bag and I can dispose of the pot. Many thanks
