Sewing Projects (Richardson, TX)

I understand some people like to make purses, etc. out of rice sacks, so I thought I would see if anyone wanted to do that. (The sack is empty and quite new.)

The elastic at the neck of this shirt (size: M) has become limp and there is a tiny hole on the shirt's back (see picture). Free to a good sewer looking for some projects.
