Gammon stock (New England)

Home made stock made from gammon herbs and veg. My freezer is full of home made stock so this pot is going to go to waste. You can use in soups, casseroles, to make gravy, etc and the freezer life is approx 3 months. It will be strained so nice and smooth. I use smaller tubs to freeze but I don’t have any spare so please bring some Tupperware to put it in
