Bike carrier for car (Staple Hill BS16)

Hollywood Racks is the brand. Although that may conjure up images of silicone, this rack is sturdy metal.
I don't know much about it tbh... we got it from a freecycler thinking we'd go on camping trips and take our bikes. We don't, it turns out. We've never even fitted this to our car.
It looks like it has all the bits it should. It definitely has all the bits it had when we got it.
It also has the look of a thing that's been sitting in the shed, but as it's really only the vehicle tailgating you that will notice, I wouldn't imagine that's important.
